Welcome to Shropshire Raw. These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your use of our website www.shropshireraw.co.uk and the purchase of raw pet food products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Definitions

    • "Products": Refers to the raw pet food products sold on our website.

2. Product Information and Use

2.1. All Products sold by Shropshire Raw are intended for animal consumption only. They are not for human consumption.

2.4. Storage and thawing instructions are provided on product packaging and our Website. It's your responsibility to follow these instructions to ensure the safety and quality of the Products.

2.5. We make every effort to display accurate product information, including images, descriptions, and pricing. However, slight variations may occur.

3. Orders and Acceptance

3.1. All orders placed through our Website are an offer to purchase the Products.

3.2. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

3.3. A contract of sale is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

3.4. We reserve the right to cancel orders if Products are out of stock, if there are pricing errors, or for any other reason. If we cancel your order, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. All prices are in Great British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4.2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes won't affect orders for which you've already received a dispatch confirmation.

4.3. Payment must be made in full before dispatch of Products.

5. Delivery

5.1. We deliver to addresses nationwide UK

5.2. Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5.3. We'll provide an estimated delivery date, but this isn't guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

5.4. It's your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. For perishable goods like raw pet food, it's crucial that the delivery is accepted promptly.

5.5. Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery. If you provide instructions to leave the delivery in a safe place, you accept full responsibility for the Products from that point. We aren't liable for spoilage or theft if the Products are left unattended as per your instructions.

5.6. If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to your fault (e.g., incorrect address, no one available to accept), and the Products are perishable, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery or to retain the cost of the Products if they become unsaleable.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

6.1. Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our Products, we generally can't accept returns or offer refunds for Products that have been correctly supplied and handled by you but are no longer desired.

6.2. Faulty or Damaged Goods: If Products are faulty, damaged, or not as described upon delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We'll arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs, upon verification of the fault.

6.3. Cancellations: You may cancel an order up to 24 hours before your scheduled dispatch date. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to admin@shropshireraw.co.uk. If perishable goods have already been prepared or dispatched, a cancellation fee or refusal of refund may apply.

6.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Nothing in these T&Cs excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that can't be excluded or limited by English law.

7.2. We're not responsible for any loss or damage that isn't foreseeable.

7.3. Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order or these T&Cs won't exceed the total price of your order.

7.4. We're not liable for any issues arising from your failure to follow the storage, handling, and feeding instructions for our Products.

8. Pet Insurance Affiliate Services

8.1. Shropshire Raw acts as an introducer for various pet insurance companies ("Affiliate Partners").

8.2. Our role is strictly limited to providing information about pet insurance and directing you to the websites or contact details of our Affiliate Partners.

8.3. We don't provide financial advice, recommendations, or sell insurance products directly. Any information provided by us regarding pet insurance is for general informational purposes only and shouldn't be considered advice.

8.4. When you click on a link or contact an Affiliate Partner through our Website, you'll be directed to their website, and their own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy will apply to your interaction with them.

8.5. We may receive a commission or fee from our Affiliate Partners if you purchase a policy through our referral. This doesn't affect the price you pay for the insurance.

8.6. Any complaints regarding the pet insurance product, policy, or claims process must be directed to the relevant Affiliate Partner directly. We're not responsible for the products or services offered by our Affiliate Partners.

8.7. We aim to partner with reputable insurance providers, but we don't endorse or guarantee the suitability of any specific insurance policy for your individual needs. It's your responsibility to research and choose an insurance policy that's appropriate for your pet and circumstances.

9. Data Protection and Privacy
